Return & Refund Policy
At BeaLizzie, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products

- Undergarments, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us immediately with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
