Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping
BeaLizzie ships internationally to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
BeaLizzie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
